Frank Galliers Ltd ensure that the core team concentrate on achieving better construction which meets the needs of the end user at lower through life costs. The entire supply chain including client, professionals, contractor, sub contractors and suppliers must be integrated to manage risk and apply value management techniques to improve build ability and drive waste out of the process. This process should reduce through life and operational costs, lead to certainty of construction costs, meet programme dates, fewer accidents and more sustainable construction.
The objective of the partnering team is to design and construct a modern, energy conscious and environmentally appropriate building that minimises to a practical extent the energy consumption and utility costs during the lifetime of the building.
Community is also very important to Frank Galliers Ltd and as a company we work hand in hand with the public and get involved regularly with fund raising and sponsored events. Many of our suppliers and sub-contractors are local and we feel it is our obligation and privilege to have a vested interest in the local area and people.
