Partnering Experience

Frank Galliers Ltd defines "partnering" as working collaboratively with clients and suppliers bringing together all requisite expertise in order to fulfil the contract requirements achieving best value for money against the Key Performance Indicators:

  • Cost - achieving or improving budgeted contract costs
  • Timing - meeting the contract programme on time
  • Quality - meeting or improving pre-determined client quality standards
  • Defects - achieving zero defects at 12 months

The partnering service can be as broad as the client requires taking all or some of the following options:

  • Interpreting client's requirements to achieve building specifications
  • Identifying land availability
  • Identifying financial resources
  • Estimating and budgeting
  • "Operating open book accounting
  • Engaging architects and designing the building
  • Managing construction employing our own tradesmen and specialist subcontractors

Frank Galliers Limited is committed to continuing our long established tradition of offering our clients the highest standards in their building requirements. To achieve this objective it is therefore the policy of Frank Galliers Limited to provide our client with a service representing superior value to that of our competitors, hence the Company mission statement 'In Pursuit of Excellence'.

The quality management system outlined in our Quality Assurance Manual defines the Policy, Organisation and Procedures which form a major part of our strategy, to seek improvements in the quality of service that we offer in all our building works.

The Directors and Management are responsible for establishing, maintaining and implementing the systems for controlling those activities for which they are responsible.

This includes ensuring a clear brief on the standards of workmanship that we demand in every area of our service, and keeping abreast with the changes in technology that result in new products and techniques being made available to the Building Industry. Coupled with this, we have empathy for environmental issues and concerns and endeavour to reflect this in our service.

Employees are trained to perform duties required by his or her specific activity and is responsible for ensuring that these activities are performed not only to the specific standards, but continuously seek to improve them.

This is achieved by operating a planned, documented Quality Assurance System, which has gained BS EN ISO 9000: 2000 Certification.
