Frank Galliers Ltd is very keen to learn about and consequently implement the latest technologies and innovations throughout the entire process of construction. This ranges from new methods within the tendering stage, the building stage and the follow up stage. These new technologies mean a more environmentally friendly building as well as added value for the client.

The processes involved in the industry are being examined in order to find areas where the building process may be improved, including the development of partnerships and embracing new ideas. Technologies are constantly evolving and Frank Galliers Ltd recognises the importance of introducing new technologies into the company. It is imperative to be aware of these new materials and products whilst developing the knowledge of how to utilise them, with an emphasis on sustainability.

Frank Galliers Ltd has recently entered into a Partnership agreement with Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT) where new innovations of environmentally friendly building techniques and materials will be utilised to their maximum potential. The project includes the recycling of waste water and the use of rammed earth walls.

A further benefit to the company is the partnership that Frank Galliers Ltd with the University of Wolverhampton. The resources and knowledge within the School of Engineering and the Built Environment, amongst others, are shared with Frank Galliers Ltd. This acts as a facility to aid the learning within the company about the uses and practical applications of new innovations and materials. It is also possible through this partnership to make great use of the University's Virtual Reality suite as a tool to help with the visualisation of a building, as well as 'before and after' images of contracts.
